DataTier provides AI infrastructure products including Provenance (business knowledge retrieval) and AgentQA (agent testing and optimization). Services are provided on an "as is" basis.

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataTier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
