By accessing or using DataTier’s products and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

DataTier provides data infrastructure products for SaaS platforms, including Sluice for governed event publishing and the Enrichment Platform for tenant-scoped feature computation, Git-backed feature onboarding, and decision audit evidence. Services are provided on an “as is” basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Services. We process your data only as necessary to provide the Services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the deployment model selected for your environment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users’ access to the Services
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Services except where permitted by law

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataTier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
